Immune System Boost Green Smoothie

I thought I would share this Green Smoothie Recipe.  It is absolutely delicious and it provides a nice boost to the immune system.

1/2 cup chopped pineapple
1/2 cup strawberry
1/2 cup spinach
1/4 of a peeled avocado
1 Orange peeled and chopped
1 teaspoon of ground flax seed
1 cup of water

Combine all ingredients in the blender and blend well.

This smoothie is very high in vitamin C and vitamin A.  It will give you a nice burst of energy and supports your immune system.
